Análise de políticas públicas em Direito: Projetos pedagógicos das faculdades em Franca/SP

The discussion related to detachment from the individualism of the last century have been constant in the modern society, wich is concerned with the well-being of the individuals and the generations to come, that’s why the question of decent living conditions and development is urgent. In this sense, the discussion about public policies gains relevance. This question, to the extent that it is also projected into the future, has come to deserve special attention in the academic environment, notably in relation to the social sciences. It is known, however, that the law is still attached to positivism and dogmatics and hence the need to discuss this topic within the scope of the courses that are suitable for its study. At this moment, the city of Franca / SP, which has four higher education institutions offering the Law course, stands out. These institutions will be investigated in the present study, whose objective is to analyze their respective pedagogical projects in order to infer to what extent they have contributed - or not - to graduate professionals concerned with the identification, creation of public policies and solution of social problems.
