Abstract

There is no doubt that in recent years the concept of universal or global justice has been gaining strength, however, it is difficult to define due to the different political and cultural implications that vary by region. Thus, the objective of this document is to address the problem on which universal or global justice is faced, specifically in the cultural and religious aspects on which it revolves. In the end, the need to open a dialogue on the conception of universal global justice is concluded, since it would be an ambiguous issue, utopian in scope, not very affordable in the solid materialization of pillars of equality and justice, which advocates human rights, for the dignity of man.
